  The BEST Chicken in the World!!

Beer Butt Chicken…how to…

1. Go to Canadian Tire and buy a little Beer Butt chicken tool kit
2. Buy a can of beer
3. Buy a whole chicken from any grocery store
4. Season it with sea salt, pepper and if you have it chicken rub of any kind or oregano and rosemary
5. Heat bbq to 350 degrees
6. Cook with the top closed for 1hr and 5-10minutes
7. Take off and let cool, cut and eat…

Big vs. Little Doggies...

So my husband and I were at the Altadore dog park this last weekend. We realized we have a very little dog, Luther being .95kg or 2lbs. and Brady our 11 year old Rottie whom I adopted in our marriage, she is around 95lbs.  Above is a sweet little picture of them in the park side by side. Brady watches over Luther to make sure all the other dogs stay their distance because he is sososo little. When deciding to go little versus big there are a few things to consider:

1. The amount of food they eat…and perhaps the cost..especially if you go organic
2. The size of doggy bags you need to take to the park to pick up their doodoo
3. If they get beat up or they beat up at the dog park
4. Who will take care of them if you leave? Little dog easy to find sitter…big dog not so much!
5. Where will they sleep? In your bed or in their own bed?

Prior to meeting my lovely husband, his 95lbs dog ( Brady), slept in his bed…now Brady sleeps in her own bed. Luther sleeps with us because he is 2lbs and does not shed.  So there you have it..pros and cons - which will you decide?
