SUCH A GOOD RECIPE

Asian shrimp & 1 red pepper chopped
4 carrots cut like matchsticks
1 shallot
2 cloves garlic
½ head of Chinese cabbage ( it is a thin cabbage you get at Safeway and it is wrinkly)
1 bag frozen thawed shrimp or prawns
10 scallops (optional)
½ cup of chicken broth
Sea salt and pepper to taste
scallop salad

In a wok or large deep frying pan add canola or grape seed oil, garlic, chicken broth, carrots, shallots and cabbage. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes or until carrots are softer. Then add rest of ingredients. Allow 5-6 minutes to simmer together and serve.
